LeaseQuit Rental
Services
Technologies
LeaseQuit is a US-wide car rental marketplace where dealers and fleet companies list available vehicles and customers browse, book, and pay online. The platform serves both sides of the transaction: a self-service booking experience for renters, and a dealer portal with the tooling to manage listings, track enquiries, and run promotions.
The Challenge
Building a two-sided marketplace means solving two sets of problems simultaneously. Dealers need control over their inventory, pricing, and visibility. Renters need a fast, trustworthy search experience that gets them to the right vehicle quickly. The two interfaces needed to be distinct in design and functionality while sharing the same underlying data platform.
The rental pricing model added complexity: rates vary by time period and mileage, requiring flexible pricing logic rather than simple fixed-rate quoting.

Delivery
The multisiting capability was built from the start rather than retrofitted — giving LeaseQuit a foundation to expand to new markets or power white-label instances without rebuilding core functionality. QA covered the full rental transaction flow across both dealer and customer accounts, ensuring that pricing calculations, payment processing, and account management all behaved correctly under real-world usage conditions.
