MachineSignals

Pilot 2021
MachineSignals

Manufacturing teams discover equipment failures when a machine stops. The warning signs were there for hours or days — vibration spikes, current drift, temperature creep — but no one was watching the raw sensor data.

MachineSignals connects to existing sensors via MQTT or Modbus, ingests time-series signals into InfluxDB, and runs continuously against configurable anomaly thresholds. When a metric deviates from baseline, the platform pages the responsible engineer before the machine trips an alarm.

The web dashboard shows live signal feeds, historical trend charts, and an alert log. Threshold rules are set per machine type without code. Reports export to PDF for maintenance records.

We run MachineSignals on client production lines in the food processing and metal fabrication sectors. The platform is multi-tenant — each factory gets its own isolated workspace and user roles.
