Valkiria-TK: Workwear Manufacturer Site
Valkiria-TK is a workwear factory in Omsk, Russia, selling protective clothing direct from its own production line since 2002: oil and gas coveralls, welder suits, winter gear for the far north, signal vests, chef and food-industry uniforms. CimpleO built the original site in 2015 and rebuilt it from scratch in 2025 as a programmatic SEO platform, still under active development.
The Challenge
The original 2015 build was a hand-coded static landing page: a catalogue, certifications, a contact form. It did its job for a decade, but a single landing page can’t compete for the hundreds of specific searches a workwear buyer actually runs: a search for winter gear in Yamal is a different query than one for a welder’s suit in Yekaterinburg, and a generic catalogue page ranks for neither.
Turning that into real search coverage meant building pages for combinations that don’t exist yet rather than writing one page at a time: every product category crossed with the industries that buy it, every major delivery region, and the technical questions procurement buyers actually type into Google before they type in a supplier’s name.
What We Built
Programmatic page matrix
An Astro site with three page families instead of one flat catalogue: 15 product category pages (kostyumy-svarshchika, kurtki-zimnie, spetsobuv…), 10 industry pages (oil and gas, welding, construction, food service, security, winter/far north, road workers, utilities, camo), and 10 region pages (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Krasnoyarsk, Tyumen, Yamal, KHMAO…) plus a dynamic [city].astro route for the rest. Each combination targets how a real buyer actually searches, rather than making every visitor land on the same generic page and self-filter.

Technical content library
Over 40 blog posts answering the specific questions a procurement buyer or safety officer searches before they contact a supplier: PPE issuance norms by role, GOST size charts, fabric comparisons (Oxford vs. tarpaulin vs. leather insert), signal-vest protection classes, how to become a certified supplier under 44-FZ, FSS compensation for workwear spend. Reference guides cover climate-zone requirements, garment marking codes, and OKPD2 classification codes buyers need for the procurement paperwork itself.
Government procurement track
A dedicated госзакупки (government procurement) section and document pages (procurement packet, supplier technical passport, delivery terms) address 44-FZ/223-FZ buyers directly, a distinct purchasing process from ordinary B2B sales with its own paperwork and qualification requirements.
SEO infrastructure
A sitemap with per-page-type priority and change-frequency rules (the homepage crawls daily, catalogue and industry pages weekly, blog posts monthly), and a llms.txt file at the site root giving AI answer engines a structured summary of the company, certifications, and catalogue instead of leaving them to scrape the HTML. A Yandex Metrika reporting script pulls period-over-period traffic and query data on demand, and a Google Indexing API batch script pushes new and updated URLs for faster discovery than waiting on organic recrawl.
Lead capture and export
A single reusable contact form component (Web3Forms-backed, with a honeypot field against spam) appears throughout the site, always landing the same lead in the same place regardless of which of the 40-plus pages it came from. A dedicated Kazakhstan export page addresses EAEU cross-border buyers, who need to know the shipping and certification story is different from a domestic order before they’ll get in touch at all.
Delivery
The original landing page shipped in 2015. The 2025 rebuild moved the site onto Astro and Tailwind and laid down the region, industry, and blog page structure; work has continued into 2026 with new blog posts, additional region pages, and ongoing SEO tooling, making this one of CimpleO’s longest-running client relationships.
